First Response Advisor

Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who can undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.
What will your day look like:
- Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
- Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
- Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a proactive approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
- Manage company claim related email inboxes and handle inbound calls
- Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture
