Body Works West is a boutique members club located in the heart of Notting Hill.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for the best of the best, delivering high-quality service to all our members ranging from teaching gym floor classes to introduction sessions and providing a 5-star gym floor service. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Personal Trainers in London, and learn from their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members
- Conduct new member inductions and ongoing progress sessions
- Promote personal training services and classes
- Lead fun and engaging classes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and equipment upkeep
- Support member engagement and achieve agreed KPIs
- Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to a positive team culture

What we're looking for:
- Passion for fitness and love helping people
- Ability to write programs and deliver introductory sessions
- Ability to design and lead various group exercise classes
- A maximum of 45 minutes traveling time is preferred
- Level 2 is required. Level 3 is preferred
The role will start as a 24 hours per week (8-hour shift/3 days a week: weekday AM shift - 06:00-14:00/weekday PM shift - 14:00-22:00 / weekend AM shift - 07:30-15:30/weekend PM shift - 12:00-20:00), with the potential of 32-40 hours per week.
