Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fitness Coach at Personal Fitness Trainer. The Fitness Coach will design and deliver individualized workout plans, lead virtual group exercise sessions, and provide ongoing guidance to help clients meet their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

- Assessing client needs
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques
- Monitoring progress
- Adjusting programs based on performance and feedback
- Educating clients on basic nutrition principles
- Promoting safe training practices
- Maintaining accurate client records
The role also involves collaborating with the broader coaching team, participating in virtual check-ins, and contributing to developing resources that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Fitness Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to create safe, effective, and engaging programs for diverse client populations.
- Experience in Group Exercise and working within the Fitness Industry, including leading classes or group sessions in virtual or in-person formats.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach clients remotely using video and digital platforms.
- Relevant certification in personal training, group fitness, or a related discipline (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) and current CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage a remote schedule, and maintain professional standards of inclusivity and respect for all clients.
- Experience using online coaching tools, fitness apps, or virtual meeting software is beneficial.
