About the role:
The role of a Fitness Coach is central to providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. Westfield Health are dedicated to making a healthy difference to the quality of life of our customers, and the Fitness Coach supports our mission by delivering and implementing the Westfield Health wellbeing programme to our client.
You will be a key fitness team member by providing members with 5* fitness service including inductions, programme writing, health assessments and ongoing gym floor support. You will also be required to teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes.

Your responsibilities:
- Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service and create a positive training environment
- Conduct health assessments, write client programmes and offer members support
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility
- Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests
- Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes
- Work in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiries
What you’ll bring:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications
- Experience in delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
- Writing client programmes
- Delivering health assessments
- Experience in delivering Personal Training sessions
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
- Ability to communicate to a diverse audience of people
- Strong team work ethic
- Ability to use initiative

Salary, Perks & Benefits:
- Salary - £17,316.44 per annum
- 22.5 hours per week
- 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
