INFINITY FITNESS-UK LTD is a fitness company Gym based in the United Kingdom, with three sites, positions available in the Margate site. Role Description

The Fitness / Gym Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Margate Area, United Kingdom. The instructor will work front desk, lead induction sessions, provide one-to-one support on the gym floor, and design safe, effective workout programs tailored to client goals and abilities. The role involves collaborating with the wider team to support events, promotions, and new fitness initiatives aligned with the company’s entertainment-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead engaging and safe classes for diverse fitness levels.
  • Experience in Personal Training and working within the Fitness Industry, including designing individualized training plans.
  • Proficient Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and encourage ongoing participation.
  • Recognized fitness or personal training certification (e.g., REPs or CIMSPA registration, or equivalent) and current first aid/CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of basic anatomy, exercise science, and safe training practices, including warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, with flexibility to cover varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, inclusive approach to clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a gym, studio, or leisure environment is preferred.
