You’ll be the friendly face of our Leisure Club—motivating members, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
- Deliver gym inductions, personalised fitness programmes, and progress reviews.
- Lead engaging fitness classes that energise and inspire.
- Build genuine relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals.
- Offer expert advice, motivation, and support throughout every shift.
- Welcome every guest and member with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Provide club orientations and ensure everyone feels comfortable using our facilities.
- Anticipate member needs and deliver service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness across the gym, changing rooms, poolside, sauna, and steam room.
- Complete equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Carry out pool testing and daily operational checks.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and help keep the club running smoothly.
- Support reception and leisure operations during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
- Complete risk assessments, compliance checks, and maintenance records.
- Monitor pool safety and respond confidently to incidents when required.
- Report equipment faults and safety concerns promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
- A friendly, confident, and positive personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

This is a full-time position working 24 hours per week, across 3 days, including weekends and a mixture of early and late shifts.
