Company Description
Trenches Boxing Club is a boutique boxing gym in Wandsworth Town, London, built on real community. We welcome people of all backgrounds and levels, from first-timers to experienced boxers, through group classes, structured programmes and 1-to-1 coaching. More than a gym, Trenches is a place where members connect, train and grow. We're expanding, with a new heated studio launching on site.
Role Description
We're looking for a freelance Fitness Instructor to launch and lead new classes at Trenches. This is a self-employed, on-site role in Wandsworth Town, London, with regular slots on our timetable and room to grow as we expand.

You'll design and deliver high-energy HIIT and conditioning classes for mixed-ability groups, pushing people hard while keeping them safe. You'll also run dedicated stretching and mobility classes that help members move better, recover faster and reduce injury risk, including our boxers. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, and help grow a loyal following for the new classes.
Qualifications

- Proven experience teaching group classes
- Experience in stretching and mobility
- Strong energy and presence in the room, with the ability to coach mixed-ability groups
- Reliable and able to commit to regular weekly classes, including early mornings, evenings or weekends
- A Pilates or yoga qualification is a plus
- Right to work in the UK
