Two brands. One team.
ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
FITNESS & PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
Members show up mid-crisis, mid-comeback, mid-everything; you’re the one who meets them where they are and gets them moving forward.
Reporting into the Gym Manager, you’ll take ownership of the gym floor and the Personal Training proposition. That means leading a team of coaches and personal trainers, setting the standard for 5-star customer service, and building a training environment members genuinely want to walk into.
Westfield Health Group has spent over a century helping people live well. As Fitness & Performance Manager with ROVA, you carry that forward on the ground; one session, one member, one team at a time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
