Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
FITNESS & PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
Every person who walks into the Active Space is carrying something you'll never see on their induction form, you're there to help them keep moving anyway.
As Fitness and Wellbeing Manager, you'll run our Client’s onsite active space day to day; coaching and developing the team, leading the wellbeing programme, and making sure every member gets a plan that fits their actual life, not a generic one. You'll teach classes, deliver 1:1 personal training, and keep the whole operation safe, compliant and on budget.
It's a role for someone as comfortable managing people, budgets and health and safety as they are running a session on the fitness floor. Someone who reads what a room needs and adjusts, then does it again the next day.
Fitness that works with real life, not against it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
