Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Fitness & Rehabilitation Expert. The expert will design and deliver personalized fitness and rehabilitation programs for clients across diverse health conditions, including MSK concerns and chronic illnesses. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client needs
  • Reviewing health histories
  • Developing evidence-based exercise plans
  • Guiding clients through individual and group sessions via virtual platforms

The role involves:

  • Monitoring progress
  • Adjusting programs based on outcomes and feedback
  • Collaborating with mental health, nutrition, and medical professionals
  • Documenting care in alignment with MantraCare’s AI-supported workflows

The expert will also:

  • Educate clients on safe movement
  • Injury prevention
  • Lifestyle habits that support long-term physical well-being

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead engaging, safe, and inclusive virtual sessions.
  • Experience in the Fitness Industry, including familiarity with wellness platforms, client engagement, and industry best practices.
  • Applied knowledge of Exercise Physiology for designing rehabilitation-focused and condition-specific exercise programs.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-centered approach and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Relevant certification in fitness training, physical therapy assistance, exercise physiology, or rehabilitation (e.g., CPT, CES, CSCS, or equivalent local credentials).
  • Experience working with clients managing chronic conditions, MSK issues, or post-injury rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with telehealth tools, digital documentation, and AI-supported care platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
