About The Role
We are seeking a Fitness to Practise Administrator to coordinate and oversee the administration of Fitness to Practise processes across the Faculty of Health, Medicine & Social Care. This is a varied and rewarding role that places you at the heart of ensuring our professional programme students meet the standards expected by healthcare regulators and practice partners.
As the principal administrator for Fitness to Practise matters, you will manage cases from initial concern through to conclusion, maintaining accurate records, coordinating hearings and panels, supporting key stakeholders and ensuring processes are delivered efficiently, consistently and in accordance with University and professional requirements.

The right individual will have a Degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level appropriate to the specific role being appointed to or have demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to confidently manage competing priorities, sensitive information and multiple stakeholders.
Digital capability is essential within this role, and it would particularly suit someone who is enthusiastic about using technology to improve services and ways of working. We are looking for a candidate who is highly proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and collaborative working tools and confident using and administering digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Lists. You will be curious about technology and motivated to identify more efficient ways of delivering services through the effective use of digital tools.
