TLC Health Clubs is seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team in Wallington on a part-time basis. If you’re passionate about health and wellbeing, enjoy building strong relationships with members, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of gym floor engagement, personal training, member support, and creating exceptional fitness experiences.
About The Role
As a Fitness Trainer, you’ll be a visible and approachable presence on the gym floor, supporting members to safely and effectively achieve their fitness goals. You’ll provide exercise guidance, conduct personal training sessions, promote club programs, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, guidance, motivation, and support to members on the gym floor
- Design and deliver safe, personalised fitness and training programs
- Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Promote personal training services, memberships, and club programs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional health club environment
- Support club operations, team goals, and daily health club activities

About You
You are energetic, professional, and passionate about helping others improve their health and wellbeing. You enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, and creating a positive experience for every member who walks through the door.
You Will Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of exercise programming and fitness instruction
- A proactive, friendly and professional approach
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Things That Matter to Us
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Clearance
- Working with Children’s Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
