You are passionate about fitness, technology and teamwork? Then join our team in London as we are currently looking for a motivated Fitness Trainer (m/f/d)!
Supervising: You supervise and monitor activities on the fitness floor
Coaching: You advise clients on proper exercise execution and the use of EGYM equipment
Maintenance: You are responsible for maintenance and taking care of fitness equipment in the training room, as well as reporting incidents
Training Plans: You are creating individualized and customized workout plans
Guidance: You resolve doubts, guide and support members in their progress
Improvement: You contribute with new proposals, creative ideas and improvements that help to enhance the experience of our users
Your fitness level
Qualification: You hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (Level 3 Personal Trainer or a Degree in Sport & Exercise Science is a plus). Registered with CIMSPA (or equivalent).
Expertise: You are an expert in developing training plans, handling fitness equipment, and have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Tools: You are proficient in fitness tech (training apps, client management software, connected equipment).
Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, grow, and bring new ideas to a dynamic environment.
Drive: Proactive and capable of working autonomously while remaining a strong team player.

Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Reliability: You organize your working day successfully and purposefully and know how to use all the relevant tools for you and your customers
Teamwork: You actively participate in teamwork and build a positive and inspiring environment for customers as well as for colleagues
Sales: You manage the sales process with potential gym clients successfully.
Retention: You encourage customer participation in special activities to increase retention.
