Role Description
The Fitness & Wellness Trainer is a part-time, remote role focused on delivering engaging, holistic fitness and wellness experiences to clients across MantraCare’s global platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting virtual individual and group exercise sessions
- Designing personalized fitness and wellness plans
- Supporting clients with safe, effective training techniques
- Collaborating with other wellness professionals to integrate exercise, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits into broader care programs

Additional tasks include:
- Monitoring client progress
- Updating program plans based on outcomes and feedback
- Maintaining accurate session documentation
- Providing responsive, empathetic support to clients
- Encouraging adherence to wellness goals
- Contributing ideas to improve MantraCare’s fitness offerings
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to tailor programs to varying abilities and health conditions.
- Experience leading Group Exercise sessions, including virtual classes, with strong facilitation and safety awareness.
- Understanding of the Fitness Industry, including current trends, best practices, and holistic wellness approaches.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a client-centered mindset, active listening, and clear communication.
- Relevant certification in personal training, group fitness, exercise science, or a related field (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) preferred.
- Comfort working remotely using digital tools and platforms; reliable internet connection and a professional virtual presence.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary health and wellness teams and adapt to an AI-supported care environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental coaching and support.
