Position

Freelance Street Promotion / Field Marketing Co-ordinator

Location

Field-based (Northamptonshire & surrounding catchment area)

Term

12 week contract running during key campaign periods (likely to be 3 x 4 week stints between October & July

Fee

Fixed fee based on a competitive pro rata

What We’re Looking For

An energetic, proactive and persuasive Northants based Street Promotion & Field Marketing Coordinator responsible for saturating the event region with posters, leaflets, point of sale, banners etc ahead of our July 11th, 2027 festival at Delapre Abbey in Northampton.

Working with our Head of Marketing and wider research team to provide you with insight & leads, you will engage with places that tradespeople frequent, in order to capture the awareness of our trade community in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • To place promotional literature (posters, banners, flyers, point of sale) across builders' merchants, pubs, cafes, large construction businesses, and high-visibility public spots.
  • Work through a supplied directory of regional venue leads while actively scouting new prime promotional locations.
  • Build positive relationships with venue owners, store managers, and site directors to secure premier display space.
  • Maintain regular photo logs, location tracking, and inventory reports for the Head of Marketing.

Who Are You?

  • You’re persuasive, personable, energetic, approachable, confident, and highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • A resourceful problem-solver who enjoys being out in the field and engaging face-to-face.
  • Highly organized with strong regional geographic knowledge.

Experience Required

  • Valid UK Driving License and reliable vehicle access are mandatory.
  • Previous field marketing, street team promotion, or local event coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience working around trade industries or regional sales outreach is advantageous.
