As a Fixed Plant Operative Apprentice, you'll learn how to safely operate, monitor and maintain the large-scale equipment, like crushers, screens and conveyors, that produces our sustainable building materials.

You'll be working alongside experienced plant supervisors and operatives, getting hands on with heavy static machinery and production processes and learning how things work in the real world.
You'll build practical skills in plant operation, preventative maintenance, production monitoring and health & safety, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Who are we looking for?
You don't need to know everything about plant operations already.
We're looking for people who are practical, safety-conscious and ready to get stuck in. If you're the kind of person who enjoys active work, working in a plant environment and being part of a team that keeps things moving, we'd love to hear from you.
