Sales Advisor
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Advisor will drive sales and build customer loyalty during a 6-month period.
Responsibilities
Customer Relations
- Greet customers in line with AMI values: friendly, smiling, and always in good spirits.
- Understand customer needs and offer a selection of relevant products while encouraging cross-selling.
- Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations needed.
- Foster a customer loyalty culture and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Introduce new customers to the brand.
Stock
- Monitor and manage stock, including the reception of goods, integration of receptions into the systems, rotating inventories, restocking requests, and transfer requests.

Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the store is well-maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, and maintenance of the premises.
- Actively participate in the Visual Merchandising of the store, following guidelines and proposing options during rotations.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing and familiarity with sales techniques.
- Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project.
- Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mastering customer service skills and demonstrating an ability to foster a customer-service spirit.
- Strong interest and a good understanding of fashion, a strong familiarity with the luxury market and its trends.
- English is a must; another language is a real asset.

Contract Details
- Fixed Term Contract of 6 months.
- 40 hours per week (full-time).
