What is the role?
We are looking for hard working individuals who are interested in gaining experience within our recruitment team. You will be responsible for providing direct line support to our team which may involve administrative tasks that you will have ownership on. You will be joining the team on a temporary fixed term contract where you will be paid for the hours of work completed.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative tasks on a daily basis such as marketing, CV screening, reviewing video interviews and undertaking live interviews as well as any other support needed from the account managers.
- You will gain exposure to the recruitment screening process by supporting the team with managing high volumes of applications.
- You will support the team with their candidate management, which will involve speaking on the phone and video conference calls with candidates.

- Good time management and ability to work at a fast pace.
