Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Fixed Term Junior Designer based at our Chessington head office.
Work Arrangement
This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.

The Fixed Term Junior Designer
The Fixed Term Junior Designer will join us on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 3 months, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary between £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits.
About the Role
As a Fixed Term Junior Designer, you will support the creation and delivery of engaging marketing materials that showcase our premium products and strengthen the Callaway Golf brand across Europe.
- Design and artwork a variety of print and digital content, including retail and point-of-sale materials, advertising, social media assets, catalogues, and event collateral.
- Work closely with teams across the business, adapting global creative for European markets and multiple languages, while ensuring brand consistency and exceptional attention to detail.
- Support wider creative and marketing projects as required, contributing ideas and helping the team deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

About You
We are looking for a creative and proactive Fixed Term Junior Designer who can combine strong design skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, working independently on artwork and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Essential:
- At least 2 years' design experience within an agency or in-house/client environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong design and art working skills, with the ability to take creative through to production.
- Understanding of digital and social media design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately across multiple language versions.
- Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable:
- Experience with animation, video, and motion design software, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of pre-press and print production.
- An interest in golf and/or sport.
