Job Opportunity: Fixed Term or Freelance Recruiter
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fixed Term or Freelance Recruiter based in United Kingdom.

Accountabilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels that align with your recruitment strategy.
- Focus on sourcing talent for roles within the Live Casino industry across Europe, while supporting a broader range of international recruitment projects when required.
- Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications and motivation, and assess alignment with specific role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities, developing long-term professional relationships.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment leadership and delivery stakeholders to ensure an efficient, responsive, and candidate-focused recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS to support effective talent management and future searches.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to international hiring and the European market.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates for Live Casino or closely related roles within Europe.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships with candidates.
- Comfortable managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while working independently and taking ownership of priorities.
- Excellent organization, responsiveness, time management, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and modern sourcing techniques is an advantage.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work as a freelancer and invoice for services, or operate under a fixed-term/SLA arrangement.
