Liaison Role for South London Football Club

Liaison between clubs, match officials, and venues for south London football club. Wanderers FC are seeking a volunteer to help coordinate our fixtures throughout the season (September - May).

This role entails:

  • Being the main point of contact for match details for the club
  • AWAY GAMES: Proactively seeking information from the opposition team(s), Sharing the kick-off time and venue location with Wanderers players & coaches.
  • HOME GAMES: Liaising with our home venue in Dulwich to reserve a pitch, Contacting the league appointed match official(s), Contacting the opposition team(s), Sharing information with stakeholders.

Location

This role can be performed remotely but candidates closer to the club's home venue are preferred (Dulwich, Lambeth, South London)

Time Commitment

The time required per week is around an hour combined, made up of emails or phone calls. In addition, the role is required to participate in Club Committee meetings, which take place 4-5 times per year and are roughly 1-2 hours per meeting.
