Flagship Boutique Manager - Luxury Footwear
Mayfair, London
Up to £80,000 + commission & bonus
I'm partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint an exceptional Flagship Store Manager for one of their most important London locations.
This is a high-profile leadership role for someone who knows how to drive a flagship business beyond the four walls of the store.
We're looking for a true luxury retailer who is:
- Clienteling obsessed - commercially driven, highly connected and passionate about building long-term relationships with HNW clients
- Product focused - someone who genuinely loves the product, understands the importance of storytelling and can inspire both clients and their team
- An exceptional people leader - able to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team while creating a strong culture of accountability and excellence
- Entrepreneurial & commercially minded - constantly looking for opportunities to grow the business, develop new client networks and elevate the store's presence in the market

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive CRM and clientele initiatives.
- Develop commercial action plans and monitor boutique performance.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members through regular training and performance reviews.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventories, and online orders.
- Manage staff rotas, boutique expenses, and daily operations.
- Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and luxury service standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience managing a luxury retail boutique or flagship store.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent clientele and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing boutique operations.
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
