Flagship Boutique Manager - Luxury Footwear

Mayfair, London

Up to £60,000 + commission & bonus

About the Brand

Our client is an internationally recognised luxury footwear brand, renowned for its exceptional Italian craftsmanship, timeless design, and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience. Their prestigious Mayfair flagship boutique represents the very best of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive CRM and clientelling initiatives.
  • Develop commercial action plans and monitor boutique performance.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members through regular training and performance reviews.
  • Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventories, and online orders.
  • Manage staff rotas, boutique expenses, and daily operations.
  • Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and luxury service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to grow the business.
