Operations Manager – Brand Flagship Store, London
Where Retail Excellence Meets the World's Biggest Stage
Are you ready to lead the engine room behind one of the most iconic retail experiences in the world?
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp Operations Manager to take the reins of back-of-house excellence at our Brand Flagship Store in London — the beating heart of our UK retail presence and a true showcase of what world-class retail operations can achieve.
Why This Role?
This isn't just an operations job. It's your chance to:
- Own the engine room of a flagship that sets the standard for the entire portfolio
- Shape the future of Omni-Channel retail, bringing futuristic, premium experiences to life in-store
- Lead a high-performance team and build a culture that others across the business look to replicate
- Drive real commercial impact — managing OPEX, unlocking savings, and turning P&L analysis into action
- Work at the intersection of Store Leadership, Global Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and Facilities — with a seat at the table on every major decision

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
