Job Description
As the Flagship Store Manager at Westfield White City, you will own the commercial performance and operational execution of Swyft Home Limited’s highest-profile location. Reporting to board level, you will drive sales through data-led insight, lead a high-performing retail team from the floor, and deliver a premium, seamless customer experience.

What You Will Do
- Deliver all store-level KPIs including revenue, conversion, and average order value by translating weekly targets into clear, actionable team behaviors.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team from the shop floor, conducting regular 1:1s and building strong deputy and senior capability.
- Oversee operational excellence across rota planning, stock management, and showroom standards to maintain Swyft Home Limited’s premium brand ethos every day.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within a high-volume, sales-led retail environment (furniture experience is not required).
- Commercially minded leader who thrives on the shop floor and uses performance data to identify opportunities and address underperformance quickly.
- Highly organized individual with a growth mindset who can handle the fast-paced challenges of a scaling flagship store and brand.
