We’re looking for an inspiring Flagship Store Manager who is passionate about people, fashion, and purpose. Someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high-performing team that shares our collective vision of making fashion more responsible.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of our new flagship store, creating an environment where customers feel welcomed, inspired, and connected to the OMNES brand. You’ll drive commercial performance while ensuring our sustainability values are embedded in every customer interaction and operational decision.
You will lead by example, developing your team to deliver outstanding service, achieve ambitious targets, and champion our commitment to extending the life of our products through responsible retail practices and circular initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing store team.
- Deliver and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Own the overall commercial performance of the store, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and productivity.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent, creating a positive and inclusive culture where everyone contributes to success.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience that reflects OMNES’ values and builds lasting customer relationships.
- Drive CRM performance by growing the customer database, encouraging repeat visits, and building a loyal community.
- Champion sustainability initiatives, including educating customers on responsible fashion choices and supporting product take-back or recycling programs that help reduce landfill.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and operational excellence.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, stock control, and loss prevention to maximize profitability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

What We’re Looking For
- A proven retail leader with experience managing a premium or fashion retail store.
- A commercial mindset with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
- Passion for coaching and developing people to reach their full potential.
- A genuine belief in sustainable fashion and responsible retailing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and operational management experience.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
