Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Flagship Store Manager based in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised lifestyle brand with ambitious growth plans. As Flagship Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a culture of trust, coaching and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager role

  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Drive commercial performance through strong operational excellence, customer service, compliance and stock management.
  • Take full ownership of the store P&L, delivering sales, profitability and KPI target
  • Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and operational standards
  • Create a culture of learning, coaching and continuous development through regular feedback
  • Ensure effective store administration, including cash control, attendance, stock management, health & safety and maintenance
  • Develop and engage your team, unlocking their full potential and supporting succession planning.

Key requirements of this Store Manager role

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail
  • Experience managing a high-turnover retail store with annual sales of £2 million
  • A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment.
  • Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention
  • A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
