At Vertu Kia & MG Edinburgh, we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Fleet Administrator to join our successful Fleet Department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups, supporting a growing fleet operation while delivering an outstanding experience for our business customers.

We are offering a basic salary of £30,000, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of company benefits.
About The Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our fleet sales operation, delivering exceptional customer service to our local fleet clients while ensuring all vehicle administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering New vehicles and managing orders directly from the manufacturer.
- Progressing orders from initial placement to client delivery.
- Processing Costs and Bonuses using Sales Master to reconcile back to Kerridge deal profit.
- Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues.
- Ensuring the service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
- Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have previous administration experience within a fleet, automotive, sales support, or customer service environment.
