Join Our Team as a Fleet Administrator!
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with our client as a Fleet Administrator? We are looking for a motivated individual to provide invaluable support to the Group Fleet team during a busy period. If you have a knack for organisation, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
Summary
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 2 months initially - potential for longer
- Location: Warwick
- Pay Rate: £189.56 per day - £25.62 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Role Purpose
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our company car scheme. Your administrative expertise will help ensure smooth fleet management activities, support employee inquiries, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Fleet shared mailbox, responding to employee queries and directing complex issues to the right team members.
- Support company car administration, including vehicle orders, deliveries, collections, and driver communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records and databases.
- Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Gather and collate fleet data to support reporting activities.
- Collaborate with fleet suppliers for information and updates on vehicles and maintenance.
- Aid in the administration of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Support compliance processes through documentation checks and record keeping.
- Produce routine communications and updates for employees and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Fleet team as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience in a fleet, transport, vehicle leasing, or automotive environment.
- Familiarity with suppliers and external service providers.
- Knowledge of company car schemes or vehicle administration.
