Do you have strong administrative experience and enjoy keeping processes organised, compliant, and running smoothly? Are you confident managing multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Operations team.

This is a key support role responsible for ensuring our fleet administration activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. You'll help keep our fleet operations running smoothly by managing communications, maintaining critical records, supporting financial processes, and coordinating operational activities that enable frontline teams to deliver excellent services.

Location: Dereham
Hours: Full Time - 40 hpw - Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term for 8 months

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the fleet shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and audit trails across fleet systems.
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving fleet-related cases through relevant management systems.
  • Administering fleet management and monitoring systems while producing reports and management information.
  • Managing registers, renewal schedules, permits, and fleet documentation.
  • Liaising with local authorities and providing guidance to minimise enforcement risks.
  • Raising purchase orders, monitoring expenditure, and resolving invoice or financial queries.
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager (Fleet).
  • Supporting safe, compliant, and value-focused fleet operations.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and administrative skills.
  • Experience working within a regulated or operational environment.
  • Experience using management systems and handling compliance and financial information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
  • A positive, collaborative approach aligned with organisational values.
  • A full UK driving licence.
