Radius Vehicle Solutions is based in Six Hills between Loughborough and Melton Mowbray, we are a vehicle rental and leasing business, with a fleet of over 3500 vehicles.
Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our friendly team, the role is office based Mon-Fri from 8:30 - 5:00pm.
The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the following core duties:
- Basic administration tasks in support of the Service Delivery team
- Maintain and update fleet records and databases
- Process vehicle tax (Road Fund Licence) updates
- Manage vehicle de-fleeting and transfer processes
- Handle Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and related invoices
- Support customers with tracking, telematics and vehicle-related queries
- Process DVLA and vehicle registration (V5) documentation
- Reconcile fleet records and ensure information is accurate
- Monitor vehicle tracking alerts and resolve issues
- Manage spare key records and annual audits

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate level Excel skills, including lookups, formulas and data management
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Full training will be given on all of our internal systems, but all candidates will require strong computer literacy and proficiency particularly in Excel as a baseline for success.
