Fleet Administrator
Location: Solihull, B91 3LT
Salary: £28,437.00 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Hybrid working arrangement. 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. Current office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, although there may be some flexibility. Standard hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, with flexibility for a 9:00am start and 5:00pm finish.

As a Fleet Administrator in our VIVO Fleet team, you’ll provide efficient administrative support that helps keep our fleet operations running smoothly. You’ll work with colleagues, managers and suppliers to ensure accurate fleet data, excellent customer service and effective business reporting.

By maintaining accurate records, supporting continuous improvement and building trusted relationships with colleagues and suppliers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact while contributing to a team that is focused on growth, collaboration and innovation.
What you’ll do as a Fleet Administrator
- Provide effective fleet administration support and customer service to colleagues across the business.
- Maintain accurate records within the Fleet Management System to support reporting and compliance requirements.
- Generate, manage and review data imports and exports, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Work with external suppliers and their systems, investigating and resolving issues to minimise business risk.
- Communicate with drivers, managers and suppliers, handling queries and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Produce reports and collate information to support management reporting and business decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement activities that help streamline processes and improve service delivery.

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
