Fleet Controller
Join our team at GXO Sainsbury's as a Fleet Controller in our Northampton site. You'll play a key role in keeping our transport operation running smoothly and efficiently every day. Working closely with drivers and the wider transport team, you'll help coordinate the fleet and ensure everything stays on track.

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday.

- You’ll be paid a salary of £29,000 / annum

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures
- Input and maintain records within the Fleet Management System and other external systems
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date, accessible, and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines
- Manage fleet compliance, raise defect issues
- Help to promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting

What will you bring?
- Previous experience in vehicle fleet or transport administration
- Knowledge of current transport legislations covering driver's hours and vehicle maintenance legislations
- Strong MS Office skills, experience using Axscend Vehicle management system and Tachomaster
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of data and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
