We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Fleet Coordinator to join our Cardiff team. If you enjoy problem solving, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
What will I be doing?
You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of The AA's vehicle fleet, ensuring our colleagues have the vehicles they need while delivering an excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating vehicle replacements, repairs and maintenance with external suppliers
- Managing purchase orders, invoices and payment validation to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintaining fleet records and updating internal systems
- Producing management information (MI) reports to support business decisions
- Responding promptly to fleet-related enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Supporting the wider Fleet team with administrative and operational activities

What do I need?
You'll Thrive In This Role If You Are
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and confident using Microsoft Excel
- An excellent communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and manage your workload effectively
- Proactive, solution-focused and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Desirable
- Previous experience within fleet management, vehicle leasing or automotive administration
- Experience producing reports and analysing operational data
