Salary: $95,722 - $100,956 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: The Canberra Hospital, Garran

About the Role
The Fire Safety and Transport Team are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join the team on a short-term contract until 24 December 2026.
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with vehicle end users to ensure vehicles are ordered, replaced, repaired and maintained in line with current policies and guidelines. You will supervise a small team, maintain fleet data to support the effective management of the Directorate’s vehicle fleet, and provide information and guidance on fleet requirements to staff at all levels across the Directorate.

In addition, you will assist in the development and review of fleet policies, procedures, guidelines and forms, ensuring alignment with Public Sector Management Standards and Whole of Government policies and guidelines. You will also support the administrative requirements of the Fleet Team.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, a high degree of drive, and the adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities. You will be committed to delivering responsive services that meet stakeholder needs and possess well-developed interpersonal, liaison, negotiation and customer service skills.
