Our Fleet & Corporate Sales Graduate Programme has been designed to develop the next generation of Fleet and Corporate Sales leaders. Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience, receive structured development and work alongside experienced professionals within our thriving Group Fleet operation.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of our specialist Fleet Hubs and develop the skills, knowledge and commercial awareness needed to progress into future management and leadership positions.
We have two positions available, one based at BMW Sunderland and one at Vertu House, Team Valley, giving you the opportunity to be part of two key locations within our Fleet operation.
What You'll Be Doing
Throughout the programme, you'll gain exposure to:
- Fleet operations and administration
- Customer relationship management
- Corporate account management
- Leasing company partnerships
- Commercial decision making
- Leadership and people management skills
- Stakeholder engagement
- Business improvement projects
- Fleet industry events and networking opportunities

As you progress, you'll take increasing ownership of customers, accounts and projects while developing the confidence and capability to move into more senior roles.
Your Development Journey
Year 1: Building Strong Foundations
You'll Learn Every Aspect Of Our Fleet Operation, Including
- Fleet systems and processes
- Customer communication
- Vehicle ordering and delivery
- Commercial awareness
- Team collaboration and leadership fundamentals
Year 2: Customer & Commercial Ownership
You'll develop into an account management role with exposure to:
- Managing customer relationships
- Strategic account planning
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Commercial reporting and decision making
- Senior leadership exposure
- Career progression planning
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have achieved a 2:1 degree in a relevant field
- Are passionate about building a career in business, sales, account management or the automotive sector
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are proactive, ambitious and eager to learn
- Demonstrate leadership potential
- Enjoy working with customers and delivering results
- Have a strong commercial mindset
No previous fleet experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition and potential to become future leaders within our business.

Recruitment Process
Our selection process has been designed to identify ambitious individuals with the potential to become future leaders within our Fleet and Corporate Sales teams.
The Process Will Consist Of
- Application and shortlisting including video assessments
- Physical Assessment Centre: Monday 16 November 2026
- Final Interviews: Week Commencing 23 November 2026
- Programme Start Date: 4 January 2027
