Our Fleet & Hire Administrator will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our vehicle fleet. This is a vital role that requires a detailed and organised approach to ensure a smooth and efficient fleet management. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the overall logistics of our vehicle operations, contributing to the seamless functioning of our organization. If you’re passionate about organisation, excel at multitasking, and have a knack for administrative excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Main Responsibilities
- Issuing MOT due dates/expiring driving licences/safety recalls/road tax
- Processing speeding notifications, parking and bus lane fines, supplier admin fees, driver recharges and infringements
- Monitoring and assist with telematics data, in line with Fleet Managers requirements
- Administer driver licence checks consent records and outstanding compliance actions
- Fuel card transactions, administration of fuel cards on live portal
- Maintaining legal compliance support to site supervisors and drivers
- Maintaining all correspondence and emails
- Assisting with vehicle insurance additions and removals
- Support and investigate of transition queries, exceptions and approvals
- Support fleet stakeholders with day to day issues
- Provide general support to the Fleet Manager
- Any additional tasks required from time to time to meet the needs of the business
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with continuous improvement strategies

Experience
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to record keeping is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions with team members and external vendors.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Prior office experience with a focus on administrative or clerical duties.
- Confidence dealing with drivers, supervisors, management and external vendors
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complete time-critical updates accurately
- Support fleet manager in projects and ad hoc data requirements
