Description
We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join our team at the Linwood site.
As a Fleet Maintenance Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles within Enva’s fleet are maintained safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and booking of all legally required inspections/MOT’s for Linwood Fleet
- Maintain all documentation – Recording and systematically documenting workshop daily timesheets, Servicing, MOTs Etc.
- Ensure all inspections, servicing, MOTs, defects, and repairs are logged and actioned accurately
- Ensure all inspection paperwork and certification is received in a timely manner from providers
- Assist with tyre administrative duties – call-outs, replacements, records, invoice checks
- Procurement – parts ordering, suppliers, cost tracking, invoicing
- Handle workshop and fleet-related calls
- Act as the link between workshop, transport, operations, and office to prioritise daily workload effectively
- Support Transport Management by ensuring administration, compliance, and reporting are accurate
- Control of stock and workshop consumables
- Raise Purchase Orders for all workshop requirements
- Manage cost budget for workshop
- Manage renewal of Vehicle Tax for Scotland

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Proven experience in Fleet Maintenance Planning
- Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance Requirements
- Able to plan and prioritise workload for self and team
- Willingness to contribute to a positive health & safety culture
- Although this is an office-based role, the candidate will be required to be on-site and wear appropriate PPE
