Fleet Manager – Rotherham – Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to work exclusively with a multi-award-winning global business looking to recruit a Fleet Manager to join their team.
This newly created key role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established international business with a strong market reputation, which continues to achieve consistent year-on-year growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management of the company's UK and European car fleet, covering governance, cost control and service delivery
- Manage Fleet suppliers and service providers, driving performance, consolidation and cost savings
- Develop and maintain Fleet Policy and consistent processes across all countries in scope
- Oversee mileage governance, fuel card arrangements and vehicle servicing, maintenance and breakdown cover
- Manage insurance, claims, accident/damage reporting, and vehicle handover and lease-return processes
- Coordinate vehicle quotations, lease renewals and fines administration, while supporting the development of EV/hybrid solutions

Previous Experience:
- Proven experience managing a company car fleet, ideally across multiple countries or sites
- Strong understanding of fleet suppliers, leasing and commercial arrangements
- Confident analysing supplier proposals and making clear, cost-driven recommendations
- Comfortable building controls, reporting routines and audit trails from scratch
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required
