Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: London, UK
Who are we recruiting for?
Our client is a growing, mixed fleet Ship owner. We are seeking a Fleet Manager to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across their variety of vessel types.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting fleet management with technical oversight and complex problem resolution
- Monitoring vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure commercial and operational excellence
- Providing proactive technical support both remotely and onboard to minimise downtime
- Overseeing inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards
- Leading and advising during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations

Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience
- Dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background - Candidates with experience managing multiple vessel types are favourable.
- Strong opex control experience
- End-end dry dock execution experience
- Proactive problem-solver with analytical strength and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead across teams
- IT proficient, motivated, and focused on continuous improvement
