Job Title

Although the position will be based at Head Office, we are ideally looking for a candidate located within the South West or Midlands region, as the role will provide regular support to parks within these areas. The successful candidate will be expected to travel extensively between sites, building strong working relationships with park teams and ensuring operational standards are consistently maintained across the business.

Overview

Park Holidays UK is seeking a dynamic Fleet Operations Support to join the Operations team. The role will assist the Fleet Operations Manager in overseeing and supporting the operational standards across all parks. You will be working closely with park teams, suppliers, and manufacturers, ensuring company policies and processes are followed and that the highest standards of accommodation and guest services are maintained.

Job Duties

  • Ensure that company processes, policies, and procedures are followed consistently across all parks.
  • Assist in implementing relevant training programs throughout the year on all parks.
  • Help prepare and present at bi-annual conferences and training events.
  • Conduct regular visits to parks to support key team members within the Holiday Services and Housekeeping Departments. Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and policies, measured through Park Holidays UK KPIs.
  • Inspect cleaning standards in park accommodations, ensuring cleaning products and methods meet agreed company standards.
  • Assist during the winter period by assessing accommodation for repairs, identifying replacement items, and collating relevant data from park visits.
  • Review guest complaints, compliments, and compensation cases, taking appropriate action where necessary to improve the guest experience.
  • Support the setup of Holiday Services and Housekeeping Departments for newly acquired parks.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to review and source products, manage the ordering process, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Prepare, plan, and manage budgets within your area of responsibility, maintaining effective financial control.
  • Balance both operational and commercial aspects in your daily duties to ensure smooth park operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
