Overview
Park Holidays UK is seeking a dynamic Fleet Operations Support to join the Operations team. The role will assist the Fleet Operations Manager in overseeing and supporting the operational standards across all parks. You will be working closely with park teams, suppliers, and manufacturers, ensuring company policies and processes are followed and that the highest standards of accommodation and guest services are maintained.
This field-based role involves frequent travel and regular overnight stays, with expenses and mileage covered, alongside a company credit card. The role offers a competitive salary, which will be discussed during the interview process. While holiday park experience is desirable, it is not essential.
Job Duties
- Ensure that company processes, policies, and procedures are followed consistently across all parks.
- Assist in implementing relevant training programs throughout the year on all parks.
- Help prepare and present at bi-annual conferences and training events.
- Conduct regular visits to parks to support key team members within the Holiday Services and Housekeeping Departments. Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and policies, measured through Park Holidays UK KPIs.
- Inspect cleaning standards in park accommodations, ensuring cleaning products and methods meet agreed company standards.
- Assist during the winter period by assessing accommodation for repairs, identifying replacement items, and collating relevant data from park visits.
- Review guest complaints, compliments, and compensation cases, taking appropriate action where necessary to improve the guest experience.
- Support the setup of Holiday Services and Housekeeping Departments for newly acquired parks.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to review and source products, manage the ordering process, and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare, plan, and manage budgets within your area of responsibility, maintaining effective financial control.
- Balance both operational and commercial aspects in your daily duties to ensure smooth park operations.

Requirements
- Experience within Holiday Services, Reception, Accommodation or a similar operational environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and operational systems to review information and produce clear updates.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, with regular overnight stays as required.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Ability to react quickly and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently, showing initiative when needed.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with performance measures, budgets and cost control.
- Holiday park experience is desirable but not essential.
