We’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join Greenhous Group as a Fleet Sales Account Manager at our High Ercall site.
The Fleet Sales Account Manager will support the Fleet Sales Director in maintaining and developing customer relationships and work closely with the admin team to ensure that all orders are processed to a high standard.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Salary: OTE £50,000, £21,500 per annum basic plus commission structure.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create stock and sold order OPs (Order Pad) and ensure all details are complete and accurate.
- Quote prices to customers and ensure that all information is accurately recorded.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Accept customer orders and ensure that all details are accurately signed for.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is available and meets customer demand.
- Book accessories as needed and ensure that all orders are complete and accurate.
- Arrange deliveries with customers and ensure all details are confirmed and any necessary arrangements are made.
- Analyze stock levels and have discussions on replenishing stocks to meet customer demand.
- Maintain customer portals & other systems such as FP & LL and ensure all information is up to date.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update the CRM system with all relevant information and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Assist debtors by following up on outstanding invoices and payments.

Ideally, we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
