Fleet Administrator
Location: Lookers Volkswagen Newcastle
Position: Permanent Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Hybrid working available.
Salary: £27,040 plus discretionary quarterly bonus
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to join our busy Fleet Department at Lookers Volkswagen Newcastle.
Your hours of work would be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your automotive career while also reaping the benefits of working for a leading brand.
Our Fleet Administrators support the day to day running of our Fleet department with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first class level of service.
Responsibilities
- Taxing and invoicing all sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers
- Use the internal fleet management system and comply procedures when processing and managing customer orders
- Liaise with the Fleet Sales team to provide an excellent level of service and support.

About You
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident communicating with both customers and colleagues. Previous administration experience is desirable, along with strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
