Looking for a new career opportunity, well look no further! Isuzu Truck UK are looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team.

Job Role - Main Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the Vehicle Administration Department, Fleet Sales team and our Dealer Network.

To work in conjunction with all ITUK Departments in the promotion of the Isuzu Truck Brand and its industry leading Customer CARE philosophy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist the fleet sales team with stock availability, order allocations and progression on builds
  • Liaise with allocated bodybuilders, PDI centres and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules
  • Issue and maintain vehicle documentation ie. Certificates of Conformity & Vehicle Approvals
  • Generate and issue purchase orders for suppliers
  • Create and manage customer build and delivery schedules.
  • Vehicle invoicing and costing control
  • Manage and monitor customer invoice due dates as per their agreed contract timescale
  • Assist with vehicle transport bookings and delivery planning
  • Issue fleet processing PDI requests and arrange ancillary fitments
  • Process vehicle registration via the DVLA RaV system
  • Process customer warranty activations and generate customer care plans
  • Ensure the Fleet Progress Reports always remains fully up to date
  • Maintain Dealer Connect delivery locations and update customer reference details
  • Data entry and maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Any other general administration duties, as required by the department
