Looking for a new career opportunity, well look no further! Isuzu Truck UK are looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team.
The Role
The role involves the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Vehicle Administration Department and Fleet Sales team.
- Assist the Fleet Sales team with general enquiries, stock ETA’s, and reporting requirements.
- Update and maintain the Fleet Sales Progress Report.
- Liaise with allocated bodybuilders, PDI Centres and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules.
- Issue & maintain vehicle documentation i.e. Certificates of Conformity & vehicle approval documents.
- Generate & issue PO’s for suppliers.
- Data check and file deal packs accordingly.
- Assist with vehicle transport bookings and delivery planning.
- Issuing PDI requests & arranging ancillary fitments.
- Data entry & maintaining filing systems.
- Provide departmental holiday and sickness cover.
- Any other general administration duties, as required by the department.
