Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and management of major clients in the UK market, including corporate clients, government projects, leasing companies, and fleet clients;
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, deeply understand client needs, and provide customized new energy vehicle solutions;
  • Develop and implement major client sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets;
  • Participate in sales pricing strategy development, responsible for major client quotations, contract negotiations, and project implementation;
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to conduct brand promotion and client activities (product launches, test drives, corporate roadshows, etc.);
  • Manage the regional dealer's major client sales collaboration mechanism to enhance dealer's B2B capabilities;
  • Follow up on the overall coordination of order delivery, financing solutions, and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Output sales data analysis and market insights to provide decision-making support for management.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, and key account sales management in the automotive industry;
  • Familiarity with the UK automotive market, with priority given to candidates possessing resources in corporate clients, fleet clients, or government projects;
  • Excellent business negotiation and project management skills;
  • Ability to adapt to frequent business trips and a fast-paced work environment;
  • Good English communication skills;
  • Proficient in using office software such as CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
