Role Description

The Fleet Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Stafford. This role supports the Fleet Sales team with day-to-day administration, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.

  • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners
  • Following up on enquiries
  • Helping ensure timely delivery and handover of fleet vehicles
  • Responding to business customer queries
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets
  • Helping maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction

The successful candidate will contribute to smooth sales operations and provide reliable support to the wider fleet team.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support business clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to liaise clearly with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess solid Sales Operations experience to assist with quotes, orders, documentation, and delivery scheduling.
  • Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and ensure accuracy in records and reporting.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems), strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dealership environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in automotive, fleet, or business-to-business sales support is advantageous but not essential.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to travel between sites if required may be beneficial.
