About This Role
Are you an experienced Fleet Services Administrator, Fleet Administrator or customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? As our Fleet Services Advisor, you will help keep the Dawsongroup Vans fleet safe, compliant, well maintained and ready for hire, while providing a high standard of service to customers and supporting the wider branch team.
- Review the condition and appearance of the hire fleet, identifying cleaning, repair and maintenance requirements.
- Support accurate vehicle check in and check out inspections, helping establish responsibility for any damage.
- Keep customers informed about maintenance requirements, recalls, MOT dates and other important fleet events.
- Manage customer queries, damage notifications, recharge authorisations and communication with repair agents.
- Support vehicle sales, maintenance scheduling, onsite stock and wider branch administration when required.
About You
You will be organised, customer focused and comfortable managing several priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in a customer facing environment is important, but if you can demonstrate strong transferable skills and the right approach, we would encourage you to apply even if you do not match every point.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive customer relationships.
- Good administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and manage time sensitive tasks effectively.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

About Your Future
This role gives you the opportunity to develop your fleet administration, customer service and operational knowledge within a busy Vans Business Unit. You will work closely with colleagues and customers, gaining broader experience across fleet maintenance, compliance, damage management, vehicle movements and branch operations.
- Build valuable knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance and fleet standards.
- Develop your customer service and communication skills across a varied customer base.
- Gain exposure to vehicle sales, disposal and branch operations.
- Take ownership of administrative processes that directly support fleet performance.
- Develop your career through training, experience and internal progression opportunities.
