At Enterprise Mobility, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Fleet Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Flex-E-Rent team based in Manchester.

What Division Will I Be Working In?

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations across the UK and Ireland. With one of the largest and most diverse commercial vehicle fleets in the industry, our team plays a vital role in keeping customers moving. Location

Flixton Road, Carrington, Urmston, Manchester M41 6JE

Hours

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis and overtime available.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing customer fleet reports and supporting analysis of fleet performance data
  • Assisting with the onboarding and implementation of new customers
  • Managing and responding to customer support enquiries within agreed service levels
  • Supporting the Fleet Solutions Team with daily operational activities
  • Building strong customer relationships both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Liaising with workshop managers regarding repairs, servicing and maintenance requirements
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers, vendors and parts providers
  • Supporting cost control across vehicle servicing, repairs and parts procurement
  • Monitoring vehicle uptime and helping ensure customers remain operational

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management principles would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Previous experience within a fleet, transport or workshop environment would be advantageous but is not essential
  • CPC National Qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
  • A proactive approach and strong work ethic
